regular local vouchersFor local and shop Voucher Deals purchased on or after November 21, 2013—which represent the overwhelming majority of the Deals on our site—that means three things:
| You can get a full refund on any unredeemed, unscheduled Voucher within seven days of purchase. No questions asked. | | | After the first seven days, you can exchange an unredeemed, unscheduled Voucher for the paid value in Deal Bucks until it expires. | | | If you ever have trouble redeeming your Voucher for any reason, let us know with a help request or by calling 877-521-4191. We'll work with you and the merchant to try to make things good. | | That's it. We think it's a big improvement and a real statement about the kind of merchants that we choose to work with. Our faith in their quality is a huge reason why we can make our new policy this simple.
